Inspiring One Another in Modern Times
Minimize

No longer will raw food be a book-only, in-an-ideal-world, happens to others lifestyle; we will be seeing a surge of experiential experiences logged and blogged for the entire world to see from people in many different countries. Massive amounts of real world experiential data will swarm the blog world, inspiring others and laying aside doubt and leaving a trail for skeptics to follow and reassess their positions on diet and health.      It will be incredible.

This journey led her in the successful effort of overcoming a lifelong battle with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue, plaguing allergies and compulsive overeating. Her story can be found in Carol Alt's second book, The Raw 50. Penni has also been a contributor on We Like It Raw, and has had multiple articles in Oklahoma's Tulsa World, a daily newspaper.

David, a Dietary Activist, is currently authoring several books on Juice Feasting and Live Food Nutrition, and is a proponent of Nutrient Density and Health Freedom for all. Philip McCluskey's 100 Day Juice Feast

Loving Raw Blog by Philip McCluskey
Philip McCluskey is a 31-year-old entrepreneur, lecturer, and author, and is passionate about raw foods! Being overweight his entire life, and after 30 failed diets attempts, he surpassed morbid obesity and skyrocketed to a max weight of 400 lbs. He thought gastric bypass surgery was the only option, and after a month of tests he was ready to have it done when he discovered raw foods. He switch to eating 100% raw vegan overnight and has never been off a day since.

To date he has lost over 140 lbs and is on the fast track to rediscovering his life in a way he never thought was imaginable. Everything is his life changed including his health, mental clarity, spirituality, job, and a newfound passion for raw food. He decided to share his message through inspirational blogs, videos, pictures, and advice through his website Lovingraw.com. He also has embarked upon writing his autobiography, which is scheduled to be finished this year, and has begun public speaking as well.

From his Juice Feasting blog: I have been experiencing such amazing and wonderful changes throughout my transformation into the raw vegan lifestyle, but have also felt myself still overeating at times and also not always eating enough high water content foods.  So I thought this would be a great way to break old habits, cleanse my body, and create new habits all at the same time.  Today being the first full moon of the year I couldn’t think of a better time to start.

Ben Kaelen's 92 Day Juice Feast

A Juicy Conspiracy Blog by Ben

I originally decided to juice feast as a means to rid myself of a severe case of psoriasis. The more I read about it, the more I knew juice feasting was the elusive key I had long been searching for. It has proven to be an amazing way to rid my body of toxins and heal this challenging affliction. My skin is healing more and more each day.

Juice feasting has done more for me in a short amount of time than dozens of various medical treatments, creams and holistic approaches have done in years. Furthermore, it enabled me to connect with many parts within me that I didn’t know existed. I’ve dumped a lot of emotional baggage throughout this process and have learned to let go of events that have left me feeling slighted. While I don’t believe I have attained nirvana just yet, I do feel much more inner peace.

I have also learned to entertain the thought that psoriasis was a blessing; being able to ‘see’ the toxins prompted me to take action. Others aren’t so fortunate and their toxins remain hidden until they cause more serious problems.

Each juicy step is bringing me closer to having the smooth skin I’ve wanted for so long… to bestowing my true self-image.

Raw Food Right Now Blog by Heidi and Justin S. Ohlander

From Heidi's Blog:

"I am about to go on a journey. A journey through space and time...

A Journey called Juice Feasting."

It all started over a month ago when David and Katrina Rainoshek emailed us and asked us if we were interested in taking a look at their JuiceFeasting.com membership program. That's how it all began. It was so innocent. Harmless. Simple. We were just going to take a look at a website. I was just going to look over all the materials, information, resources. Around here at Raw Food Right Now it is a perfectly normal part of our life now, as we get a lot of requests.

Both JS and I started looking over the website. We were floored to find out just how much information is packed into the full
JuiceFeasting.com program. We are going to give a complete review here on the blog in a few days, but suffice to say right now, it is a mega program. But it was not just the Juice Feasting website that made this happen. There is more...

It became a very strong calling for me to document my personal experience with what it means to take on a Juice Feast. I want to find out what it is really like - the detox, the changes, the emotions, the positives, the negatives, and especially the experience of what it is like to live on liquids for up to 92 days.

I want to be the lab rat.
I want to jump through this rabbit hole.
I want to take the red pill.
I'm ready for an Adventure in Wonderland."

Be sure to join Heidi on her adventure and see what happens in Wonderland!

Carrie on Juice Feasting:  "This jeweled journey has been paved with revelation and insight, and its true heart - life transformation through the embrace of loving nutrition, speaks in crystal clear language to the passionate nutritionist in my soul. The empowering process of feasting has gently escorted fear out of my path, so that I may step with newfound courage into a greater potential that has been brewing under the surface, awaiting its point of entry.  What better way to act upon this inner conversation than to offer loving encouragement to others contemplating the invitation to their own greatness?  I feel so blessed and fortunate to have stumbled upon the gem of Juice Feasting as a potent tool to carve away the chaff of life with ease, grace, beauty, efficiency, not to mention delicious juice(!), and it is with deep satisfaction and joy that I offer assistance to those feeling the longing for more, the abundance of life."

Inspiration:Life Blog by Terilynn

Happy New Year and welcome to Inspiration:Life! You may (or may not) know me from the raw-food recipe blog The Daily Raw Cafe. If you're not familiar with the blog, give it a look-see.

I am inviting you to come with me on the remaining 60 days of my 92-day juice feast.

I know, I know, I started the adventure without you but if you go back to the beginning I explain why it was important to do the first 30 days (or so) alone.

I started the separate blog because I love The Daily Raw Cafe and I don't want to take anything away from what I've created there. So, no worries the recipes will still be on
The Daily Raw Cafe, and Inspiration:Life will document my Juice Feast.

So, grab a seat, sip on some green juice and enjoy the ride. I know I will. :)

She has now moved back into the world of solid food, so be sure to join her  on her blog and see how she is doing! We are very excited to have had such a beautiful, shining light Juice Feasting with us, and she is now available to coach you on your own Juice Feasting Journey!

 A favorite quote of Courtney's:
"One of my greatest joys is that I know I am not walking alone. All of you are walking with me. We are embarked on this journey together, and together, with compassion and love as our guide, we can lead each other back Home. That is our invitation, that is our opportunity, and that is our reason for encountering each other as we are in this very moment. When I understand that, this becomes the Holy Moment, and I honor it and experience it as sacred, both now and even forevermore." -Neale Donald Walsch.

Raw Reform Blog by Angela Stokes

Join me on a magical journey of detox and transformation as I enjoy a 92 day juice feast...

I experienced recovery from morbid obesity with a raw food lifestyle. I have been eating raw for 4 and a half years now and have lost around 160lbs (approx. 11 stone) in that time. My life has been completely transformed on every level and I now devote my life to spreading this message of hope for natural and healthy weight loss for others living with overweight, obesity and overeating issues. My website, www.rawreform.com has been providing raw guidance for others for nearly 3 years. My e-books 'How to go Raw for Weight Loss', 'RawReform: Recipes' and 'RawReform: Revealing the Physical Changes' help hundreds of people on this path to reclaim their health. This year I have completed two lecture tours of the USA, covering both the east and west coasts. I am originally from England, but have spent most of the last decade elsewhere - Scotland, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Thailand... Most of the time I am living in a magical space of feeling so blessed and blissed on my path - life is AMAZING and I am full of gratitude :)
