This has been a great week among the Juice Feasting community, our Team of Coaches, and on new upcoming work for JuiceFeasting.com that will make it more of a health asset for all health seekers than ever before.
We nearly have the NEW front page of Juice Feasting ready for prime time. It will be more navigable, announce more content and upcoming events, and include an updated way for everyone to promote Juice Feasting to a world in need, as part of our collective health mission.
NOW, on with Wins of the Week!
WIN: “I have lost in excess of a stone weight and haven't had so much energy in years.”
WIN: Leaving caffeine behind! One of David’s clients has decided to leave caffeinated Yerba Mate in the past. The best way to do this for Yerba Mate or Coffee is to cut in half whatever amount you have been drinking, and leave it at that level for 3-7 Days. Then cut it in half again, for another 3-7 Days. Then in half again for 3 Days. After that, you should be off the caffeine comfortably.
Of course, you can go cold cucumber, but as with so much healing and improvement, there’s time! So take it easy and do the halving route for a comfortable exit from caffeine when you are doing it.
WIN: An Increased use of Intermittent Fasting during and after Juice Feasts. We are coaching to this, increasingly. And while Intermittent Fasting is not for everyone, more and more people are finding their post-Juice Feasting lives dramatically improved with some IF, or a Lifestyle of Intermittent Fasting.
WIN: After working with Juice Feasting, plant-based approaches, a female member of our community has experienced a return of Healthy Cycles with an Integrated Nutrition Approach.
WIN: We have another student in the Juice Feasting Coaches Training Program, who is currently applying her experience with her own healing to prepare for working with others as a Coach.
And for the final WIN: Pierre! “Day 20 today. Heading to 120 days. Feeling physically and mentally lighter. It’s about my whole health and I’ve got results to share. I’ve released 14.5 pounds and 3.5 inches off waist. More good things to come. Happy Friday, people!” - Pierre Stoute
