Welcome to Day 38!

The download we have for you today is an excellent file – highlighted and updated – from the first two chapters from Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine by Dr. Gabriel Cousens–an excellent book not only on the cutting edge of nutritional research but also a stellar resource for your live food kitchen–the recipes are numerous and well explained.

The process of chronic disease is activated in a person who is toxic enough to push the “composting button.” Depending on the degree of toxicity, this composting process leads to chronic disease, misery, and ultimately death. The key to restoring health is minimizing or eliminating the toxic conditions so that the composting button is turned off. A low-sweet, largely live-food, non-acidic diet and a healthy mind are the key factors in turning off the composting button and re-establishing vibrant health.

This Nutrient-Dense, low-glycemic diet is designed to turn off the self-composting button. Today we have a great many more morbid influences on us including hybrid, high-sweet fruits, radiation, intense pollution, heavy metal toxicity, and an accelerated amount of stress in the environment and within our minds, as well as the use of genetically engineered food, irradiated food, processed food, fast food, junk food, refined white flour food, white sugar food, and canned foods. All of these foods specifically are morbid influences on the protit colloidal field as it attempts to express the pure subtle organizing energetic matrix in our cells and tissues. Whereas a diet high in fruit was considered an excellent diet fifty years ago, because of the greatly increased physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual toxicity in ourselves and the world, we now need to shift to a diet with lower sugar content. The purpose of this, of course, is to have less fermentation and therefore not feed the morbid pleomorphic evolving organisms.

In addition, because of the conditions in our environment (and I see this as a global issue), I have had to look at adjusting the live-food diet to counterbalance the toxic conditions of our planet and the conditions that all of us human beings are facing. It is in this context that I am offering and explaining the Rainbow Green Live-Food Cuisine.

What you will read in this file is information that few in the medical and health fields to speak of are talking about – the mycotoxic load placed on our body by the “standard” foods that we eat – foods which contain and encourage the existence of pathogenic microorganisms (responsible for mycotoxins, or the waste products of the microorganisms) which are not in the best interest of our short- or long-term health.

Our immune system takes a huge hit when we eat an Average American Meal – yet look at the Average Vegan Meal: only 500 per meal, or 0.0000005% of the Average American Meal! When we eat a standard meal, our immune system kicks into high gear to respond to the food as an invading or foreign substance! This is called leukocytosis. What does this reality look like in our blood? Below are photos representing the varying realities of our internal environment, depending on whether we have a fungus, yeast, mold, or heavy metal reality:

Alcohol

We made this file part of today for two reasons: (1) Because of the other file on internal composting, and (2) alcohol is a mycotoxin. We have had numerous friends die or become seriously injured in years past due to alcohol-related events. There are infinite happinesses in the world. With an element that creates so much suffering for so many families, we found it life-affirming to choose another happiness among the infinite choices, and leave this one until we reached an Integrated Dietetic approach after many years of eating and healing with a plant-based diet, with no alcohol whatsoever. Also included in this file is “A New Approach to Alcoholism: Breaking Addictions and Cravings” by Dr. Cousens in his excellent book on depression, Depression-Free for Life. Enjoy the file.

Please carefully review these files, and maintain them in your files on diet and nutrition. The Fungal/Mycotoxin reality is one of the strongest cases anyone has made to date for placing one’s Center of Gravity on an organic diet of mostly organic local foods!
