“All destiny begins with thinking.” – Percival

“The ancestor of every action is a thought” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

“When any object or purpose is clearly held in thought, its precipitation, in tangible and visible form is merely a question of time. The vision always precedes and itself determines the realization.” – Lillian Whiting

“We become what we think about” – Earl Nightingale

“Man is all Imagination. God is Man and exists in us and we in Him . . . The Eternal Body of Man is the Imagination, that is, God, Himself” —Blake

Welcome to Day 5!

You are doing great! How are you enjoying the music, the website, your juice? Hang in there–a great aspect of this hero’s journey you are on is that you get to keep adding in more great things to your life every day. Your body is getting cleaner, your understanding of nutrition deeper, your chances of growing ill before your time, slimmer, and the opportunities that await you–greater! We are pleased that you have been reading the files, drinking fresh juice, and that you are building your determination and persistence.

An Embarrassing But Useful Illustration

When I (David) was in college, one of the requirements for graduation was 2 semesters of physical education. In the interest of exerting as little energy as and having as much fun as possible in fulfilling the requirement, I took an Introduction to Ballroom Dancing course. I figured, having been in sports my whole life and being reasonably coordinated, the class would be easy and enjoyable.

After a week of classes it was decidedly my reality that I was a terrible dancer–and to make matters worse, the women of the campus knew it much to my dismay as a still single young man. With each class, I stepped on the feet of every woman I danced with, and suffered humiliations galore. Soon I began to dread going to Ballroom Dancing; however, not wanting to drop the course, or worse yet, fail, I struggled on in an earnest effort to pass for a respectable novice.

About mid-way through the semester I was in class still stepping on feet, watching my own ineptitude in horror as my partner raised her shoe and stepped away. I recognized that the worse I felt and the more I struggled with “getting it right” and seeing my every mistake, the more I stepped on my partner’s feet and required beginning anew. I resigned myself at that moment to mis-stepping for the time being, but dancing to the best of my ability and to continuing on faithfully to the music instead of stopping.

Within minutes a miracle happened! I recognized that missteps or not–it was all dancing! It was at that point that I soon began to really dance, and the “mistakes” I was making came to an end.

Learning to Juice Feast is a similar reality. You will not Feast perfectly. There is no perfect Feaster.

There is a great intention to Feast to the best of one’s ability, however, and to keep moving ahead with all the love and positive intentions for well-being one is capable of mustering. Your ability to love yourself, to cleanse, to heal, and to fast will improve beyond measure with time. The Juice Feasting Course is provided to help guide you in the process – and there are some proper dance steps which are very important that you are picking up right now!

When you come honestly to the realization that it is all dancing and match that realization with the greatest intentions for your well-being, you will be beautiful/handsome and skillful on the dance floor.

Just keep drinking fresh juices in sufficient quantity at regular intervals – and only fresh juices!

There are two main points with the downloads today:

1. We set events, seen and unseen, into motion just by the nature of our thoughts.

2. Excellent thoughts and choices lead to more excellent thoughts and choices.

At this time, we are providing you with some of the best information on nutrition and human health, in order that you can think the best thoughts possible in this regard. You are making for yourself some of the most excellent food available for your health and well-being – information for your body – “thoughts,” if you will, for your physiology. The information (reading and food) and your physical/mental/emotional/physiological experience of it will lead to more superior choices and events. Look over the Reading file you received on Day 1 and inspire yourself to take on more great things every day and in every opportunity.

Protect Your Senses – Positive Diversions

As you chart your course through this program, protect your senses whenever possible – and reinforce great thoughts through reading and re-reading, avoiding media when possible (TV is programming, and often not in the best interest of your solidity and positive thinking), and maintaining a regular and concerted practice of drinking the best food your body can access. I have provided the Positive Diversions aspect of this program, because of our natural – and encouraged – tendency to RUN when our great potential is opening up, or when we are met with temporary difficulties.

Philosopher Soren Kierkegaard once said, “Our greatest fear is knowing our own true potential.”

The Positive Diversions list is included to honor your desire to run, but here is the kicker:

When you feel like running, RUN – but run to the best thing possible.

Going to Another Dimension.jpg

Generally, when we feel like running, we run to what we have been pre-programmed to run to: television, bars, restaurants, unhealthy relationships, etc. We now have the opportunity to re-program ourselves, not to avoid running, but to things that advance our capacities, not diminish them. This is a truly worthwhile and honorable path, and will pay off immensely.

One positive diversion is watching great stuff on T.V., and to that end, I have two great possibilities for you. One, we have included well over 250 hand-picked videos on The Juice Feasting Nutrition Course for you to watch – all of which will satisfy the desire to kick back and watch TV, all engaging and life-changing, without commercials. And the other is…

The Secret

Two, your homework is to watch the film The Secret if you have not yet seen it. What is The Secret? To the right we have posted the first 20 minutes as a preview video for you. For the full film, go to

If you have already seen The Secret and your eyes are rolling… then go to the media section at the bottom of the page and have a listen to Ken Wilber and Julian Walker in “Exploring the Secret.” But only listen to it once you have seen The Secret! It is important to watch that documentary before going to the advanced discussion below…

Also, please read the article posted in the Resources section below by Mike Adams called “The nutrition secret behind The Secret. Mike will discuss the impact that live nutrient dense foods can have on the power of thought and intention in manifesting remarkable things in your life.

Lastly, excellent food choices lead to more excellent food choices. Excellent habits create a fertile ground for more excellent habits. Excellent decisions lead to more excellent decisions. Add to the positive diversions list and do some state-changing activities that add value, meaning, and joy to your life now and far on down the road!

You are doing very, very well with this Nutrition and Life Practice Course! See you in The Green Room!

A man reconsiders the cancer growing in his body and makes an astonishing discovery. "You want the cancer to stop growing-is that true?" Byron Katie asks. "Are you sure?" Once the man contemplates these questions and considers the effects of believing this thought, he begins to understand the cost of mentally opposing his cancer.

Positive Diversions

We can and do get chaotic energy as our bodies heal and we shift our diet. Many times running feels like the best option, and often that means running back to things which do not get us where we want to go. I am saying to RUN, but to the best things ever – new and exciting things which still help us run, but forward. Enjoy!

Thoughts Things Cover.png

Thoughts are things

by David Rainoshek, M.A.

Thoughts are things. Thoughts are seeds. Everything you do or think is a cause set in motion. Every thought sent forth is a never-ending vibration spiraling its way across the universe and returning to us what we have sent with interest. Thoughts are energy. Energy pulsates, it sends ripples into the fabric of time and space, affecting all things.

Thoughts objectify themselves. Thoughts turn themselves into physical “objects.” You magnetize into your life whatever you hold in your thought. The more often you think about something, the more quickly it will appear in your reality.

The Foundational Law Cover.png

the foundational law

by Neville Goddard and David Wolfe

The world in which we live is a world of imagination. In fact, life itself is an activity of imagining, “For Blake,” wrote Professor Morrison of the University of St. Andrews, “the world originates in a divine activity identical with what we know ourselves as the activity of imagination;” his task being “to open the immortal eyes of man inward into the worlds of thought, into eternity, ever expanding in the bosom of God, the Human Imagination.”

Nothing appears or continues in being by a power of its own. Events happen because comparatively stable imaginal activities created them, and they continue in being only as long as they receive such support. “The secret of imagining,” writes Douglas Fawcett, “is the greatest of all problems to the solution of which the mystic aspires.

Supreme power, supreme wisdom, supreme delight, lie in the far-off solution of this mystery.”

Neville Goddard Law Promise Cover.png

the law and the promise

by Neville Goddard

By the time he published The Law and the Promise in 1961, Neville was well-established as a leading metaphysical teacher and lecturer, and had a substantial following of students who recognised his gift for revealing fundamental metaphysical principles. Neville’s appreciative audience provides the material for much of this book: its first fourteen chapters present case studies that illustrate how Neville’s students applied his teachings. These case studies present inspiring examples of how people used Neville’s principles to heal illness, manifest abundance, and render a wealth of seeming “miracles” in their lives.

Our body movement is reflective of our inner world. This chart is an excellent, thought-provoking contemplation on how mental thought patterns form our experiences, including that of pain in the body.

This is a strong affirmation of Dr. Sarno’s work posted above: Healing Back Pain: The Mind Body Connection.

Neville Goddard Power of Awareness Cover.png

the power of awareness

by Neville Goddard

With the words, “Do not try to change people; they are only messengers telling you who you are. Revalue yourself and they will confirm the change,” Goddard invites us to resist the temptation toward judgment and to look at ourselves for the change we want to see in the world an in others. “God’s promise is unconditional; God’s law is conditional, and comes in its own good time. If you do not experience it in this life,” he said, “You pass through a door, that’s all that death is, and you are restored to life instantly in a world like this, and you go on there with the same problems you had here with no loss of identity.”

Juice does a mind good. Researchers at Vanderbilt University found that adults who drank three or more servings of fruit and vegetable juices a week had a 76 percent lower risk of developing Alzheimer‘s disease than those who drank juice less than once a week.

While previous studies have credited vitamins as the source of the health benefits of drinking juice, this study, published in the September 2006 issue of the American Journal of Medicine, points to a class of antioxidants called polyphenols as the active components in warding off Alzheimer‘s.

by David Wolfe

—Reviewed by Dan Jerke
This was my first book that got me into the “raw movement.” It changed my life, touching every aspect of my being. I cannot express my gratitude toward David Wolfe for creating this masterpiece. Anyone seeking a life of optimism, joy, and success on a personal level should own The Sunfood Diet Success System!

Wolfe’s book contains 36 chapters of health transformation. Only ten or so of these specifically deal with the diet, while the book’s key focus is on the mental transformation required. Each chapter has exercises at the end for the physical (diet) and mental changes. As recommended by David, keeping a journal and log of your diet will help with the transformation. The book begins with six chapters that ask you to take a look into your life. “Beliefs,” “Goals,” “Thoughts are Things,” and “Faith” are a few of the chapters that promote your well-being on a spiritual level.

Starting with chapter 7, “The Sunfood Diet,” the book introduces us to the diet of uncooked fruits, vegetables, and nuts. For those of you who have been wondering about this lifestyle, it’s eating foods in their natural, unadulterated state. It is a step further than veganism, being called “raw-veganism.” David thoroughly covers all aspects of eating raw. Items discussed are detoxification, food-combining, the SunFood Triangle (new pyramid), hybridized food, common questions, myths, and the wonders of a diet free of toxicity.

“Your idea of the world (what you believe the world is) manifests everything in your life. When you change your idea of the world, the world itself changes. Essentially, your mission isn’t to set the world right, but simply to set yourself right. The world does not change, we change.”

by Norman Vincent Peale

The Power of Positive Thinking has helped millions of men and women to achieve fulfillment in their lives. In this phenomenal bestseller, Dr. Peale demonstrates the power of faith in action. With the practical techniques outlined in this book, you can energize your life — and give yourself the initiative needed to carry out your ambitions and hopes. You’ll learn how to:

• believe in yourself and in everything you do

• build new power and determination

•develop the power to reach your goals

• break the worry habit and achieve a relaxed life

• improve your personal and professional relationships

• assume control over your circumstances

• be kind to yourself

by Nicholas Carr

Finalist for the 2011 Pulitzer Prize in General Nonfiction: “Nicholas Carr has written a Silent Spring for the literary mind.”―Michael Agger, Slate

“Is Google making us stupid?” When Nicholas Carr posed that question, in a celebrated Atlantic Monthly cover story, he tapped into a well of anxiety about how the Internet is changing us. He also crystallized one of the most important debates of our time: As we enjoy the Net’s bounties, are we sacrificing our ability to read and think deeply?

Now, Carr expands his argument into the most compelling exploration of the Internet’s intellectual and cultural consequences yet published. As he describes how human thought has been shaped through the centuries by “tools of the mind”―from the alphabet to maps, to the printing press, the clock, and the computer―Carr interweaves a fascinating account of recent discoveries in neuroscience by such pioneers as Michael Merzenich and Eric Kandel. Our brains, the historical and scientific evidence reveals, change in response to our experiences. The technologies we use to find, store, and share information can literally reroute our neural pathways.

A Complaint-Free World: Will Bowen

In your hands, you hold the secret to transforming your life. Big words? Yes, but this is a plan that has already proven itself with millions of people around the world. Pastor Will Bowen developed the life-changing A Complaint Free World plan based on the simple idea that good things will happen for you in abundance if you can just leave your grumbling behind.

In a Sunday-morning sermon, Will told his congregation he wanted to make the world a complaint-free zone and, to prove he was serious, he passed out purple bracelets to each church member and offered them a challenge. "If you catch yourself complaining, take the bracelet and move it to the other wrist."

Now, less than a year later, more than six million people have taken up the challenge, trying to go twenty-one consecutive days without complaining, criticizing, or gossiping, and in so doing, forming a new, positive habit. By changing your words, you can change your thoughts and then begin to create your life by design. People have shared stories with Will of chronic pain relieved, relationships healed, careers improved, and becoming an overall happier person. Less pain, improved health, satisfying relationships, a better job, being more serene and joyous—sound good? It’s not only possible, it’s probable. Consciously striving to reformat your mental hard drive is not easy, but you can start now by using the steps Bowen presents here.

Over 6 million people in more than 80 countries have taken the Complaint Free challenge and their lives are a testament to the positive effects of this simple idea. Find out how forming the simple habit of not complaining can transform your health, relationships, career and life.

In this book, you can learn what constitutes a complaint, why we complain, what benefits we think we receive from complaining, how complaining is destructive to our lives, and how we can get others around us to stop complaining. You will learn the steps to eradicating this poisonous form of expression from your life. If you stay with it, you will find that not only will you not complain, but others around you will cease to do so as well. In a short period of time, you can have the life you’ve always dreamed of having.
