The Juice Feasting Timeline gives a What/When look at the major elements we are integrating on a Feast, anywhere from 1-92 Days.

You will notice a couple of things about the Timeline. We have done our best to make this information easy to navigate for you.

Nowhere do we see relationship of soil fertility, farming techniques, and the resulting health consequences of the food consumed more pronounced than in the United States. This is partly because there is so much data available to give us a picture of the results of this 70-year experiment. Each year since World War II, intensive agrochemical-based farming practices have produced agro-chemical-laden food of lower nutrient density at a significant cost. The U.S. Department of Agriculture periodically publishes data on the nutritional content of food. Historically, since the 1940s, each publication of this data shows a decline in the average nutritional content of food. Wheat, for example, used to average a protein content of 19% in the 1940s, but today it averages about 12%. A prime example that this type of poor food production is not working is the very expensive U.S. health crisis in nation of overfed, undernourished people.

In 2007, the United States will spend $2.2 Trillion on health care, yet ranks near the bottom in terms of overall health among industrialized nations. According to the National Institutes of Health, 1 out of 3 children born in the U.S. will develop diabetes, over ½ of all Americans will experience cancer, and 65% are overweight or obese, the most striking example being in the young population, who are now developing what was called “adult onset diabetes” as young as 16, with overweight among those 6-19 rising to nearly 15 percent from just 4% in the 1970s. The U.S., with the highest percentage of processed conventionally-grown foods (95% of food production is non-Organic) we see the most egregious preventable health issues in the world today. It is a crisis which we can trace back to conventional mechanized farming practices, the impact on the relative “strip mining” of the soil, agrochemicals in our diets (including in our newborns), and the nutrient-poor, genetically modified and irradiated foodstuffs produced and consumed over time.

Organically Grown Foods Have More Nutrients
In her research at Johns Hopkins University, Dr. Virginia Worthington investigated the nutrient and toxic (heavy metal and nitrate) constituents of food in the U.S. She combined the research from all available studies that give numerical figures for organic content of specific nutrients and toxins in various foods, using 37 papers and 1,240 comparisons. (Worthington, Virginia, MS, ScD, CNS, The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, 7(2): 161-73, 1991. “This paper is an extension of work performed as part of doctoral dissertation at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland.”)

For the five most frequently studied vegetables, lettuce, spinach, carrot, potato, and cabbage, she gives average percent differences for four nutrients. In no case was there sufficient data for her to calculate statistical significance. However, the figures are interesting: “For example, vitamin C is 17% more abundant in organic lettuce (conventional 100%, organic 117%).” In the case of spinach, average vitamin C content is 52% higher. We must remember that in actual practice, much variability occurs, not just from the cultivation methods and soil care by organic farmers versus conventional but also from “uncontrollable factors such as rainfall and sunlight, which also influence nutrient content.”

Most nutrients were measured in very few studies, so, even with well over a thousand individual comparisons, there were only twelve nutrients with sufficient data for a statistical comparison. They were calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, beta-carotene, vitamin C, and nitrates. Of these only five, vitamin C, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and nitrates, showed statistically significant differences. “For each of the significant nutrients, the organic crops had a higher nutrient content in more than half of the comparisons. For the one toxic compound, nitrates, the organic crop had a lower content the majority of the time.” (NOHA NEWS, Vol. XXVII, No. 2, Spring 2002, pages 1-3.)

In order to heal our health challenges, our aims are to prevent further toxicity from foreign chemicals, and to transform our bodily nutrient deficiencies to nutrient abundance. As a caveat, it just so happens that eating Organic food also creates cleaner water, supports struggling farmers, cleans the air, and even ensures greater national security through a healthier populace and greater soil fertility to ensure the growth of nutrient dense food for generations to come!

Green Vegetable Juice (GVJ) (3-4+ Quarts a Day)

Green is the color of our love. Why? Greens feed and protect your heart and blood. This is some fascinating stuff here. The center element of the hemoglobin in your human blood is iron, which reflects the red color of the light spectrum. The center element in the chlorophyll of plant blood is magnesium, which reflects the green color of the spectrum. Take a look at the similarity between human hemoglobin and plant chlorophyll:


Your body recognizes plant blood very well, as it is almost identical to our own blood. I have considered making a t-shirt that says, “I drink plant blood” to make drinking green drinks more cool and appealing to children. Now, we have a raging epidemic of heart disease in western societies. This entirely preventable condition we develop through eating a Standard American Diet will kill about 1.1 million Americans this year, and even more next year if we don’t wake up. A Plant-Based diet of Nutrient Dense Foods has been proven to reverse even the most heinous cardiovascular disease. Look up the clinical research and proof by Dr. Caldwell B. Also, you will want to see Day 43 of The 92-Day Juice Feasting Program on Heart Disease and Hypertension for a 1-hour video with Dr. Esselstyn, And women – you are not immune from cardiovascular disease. In the West, women are 8 times more likely to develop heart disease than breast cancer. So, our hearts are compromised through a processed diet, and also through deficiency of an important element: magnesium, which is seventeen times as prevalent in the human heart as in any other tissue in the body. This is extremely important to helping support the heart.

Famous research scientist E. Bircher called chlorophyll “concentrated sun power” and said, “chlorophyll increases the functions of the heart, affects the vascular system, the intestines, the uterus, and the lungs. It raises the basic nitrogen exchange and is therefore a tonic which considering its stimulating properties cannot be compared with any other.”

Fruit Juices (0-1 Quarts a Day)

In the Making Beautiful Juices chapter of the Prep Course, we have for you instructions to make some favorite Fruit Juice Recipes.

Remember that if you are having a pint or a Quart of straight Fruit Juice during your Juice Feast, make it the 3rd Quart of the Day. By that time, you have been up and active and working for hours, and can better handle the glycemic load of this amount of raw/live fruit juice.

ALSO, GREEN UP YOUR FRUIT JUICE to add nutritional depth to it, while still enjoying all the sweetness. Add in a Tablespoon Vitamineral Green or Pure Synergy, and possibly a Tablespoon of Spirulina, Chlorella, or E3Live to your Fruit Juice (for ease of use, those links go to Prep Course discussion sections on those elements of your Juice Feast).


You may use herbal supplements and teas on a Juice Feast, as supported by your Health Professional, or per your own wise use. Important to remember is that it is entirely possible - and commonly practiced - to pharmaceuticalize even natural elements like herbs and other supplements.  By pharmaceuticalizing herbs we mean that they are used to mask or manage symptoms only, which can potentially postpone our identification and resolution of causes.

Remember that as we Juice Feast, we are removing the underlying causes of our health challenges, and many – not all – but many herbal supplements are used/prescribed to address symptoms, not remove causes.

Contemplate whether your use of herbal supplements is tonifying (strengthening) your system, or whether they are being depended upon to manage symptoms that will be resolved through the virtues of Juice Feasting, such as overweight, chronic pain, high cholesterol, inflammation, etc.

Also remember that we can develop a physiological dependence on herbs, so the general rule when taking herbal supplements is: six days on, one day off; six weeks on, one week off; six months on, one month off. Pausing in this way will better ensure that any long-term addition of herbs to your health regimen does not render them ineffective by overuse and dependency.

Consult your Health Professional who is knowledgeable in cleansing for guidance on this important topic, as you prepare to Juice Feast.

Herbal Teas, Non-Caffeinated

Herbal Teas are wonderful. Not only for their healing and nutritional benefits, but because they are warm and comforting. During your Juice Feast, your body may feel cool at points due to the deep cleansing work your body is doing. Hot tea is an excellent way to bring up your warmth at any time of day on a Feast.

Your top herbal teas / tea ingredients are:

+ Tulsi (Holy Basil)
+ Rooibos 
+ Pau D’ Arco
+ Licorice Root
+ Ginger
+ Peppermint
+ Goji Berry

Specifically for the benefits, needs, and goals we have for Juice Feasting, I developed a “Morning Tea” recipe that you can make to drink - hot or cold - during your Juice Feast. Here it is:

Note the Non-Caffeinated guidance. Caffeine (from coffee or tea) stimulates the adrenal glands to release adrenaline and cortisol, which in turn: stresses the adrenals, raises inflammatory markers, imbalances hormones, and knocks off blood sugar balance. You will experience this as stress, inflammatory pain, irritability, precipitous drop-offs in blood sugar levels causing agitation or irrational cravings/hunger, poor sleep, and more. Not the things that get you the healing you want!

If you are drinking coffee, phase it out before the Juice Feast. You can either stop cold-turkey and replace Coffee with Green Tea for a week or two (and then leave Green Tea behind during the Juice Feast), OR cut your current coffee amount in half every three days for three cycles, and then drop it completely.

While coffee or caffeinated teas will give you a temporary boost, the longer-term effect over days, weeks, months, and years is that you are actually lower in energy, less productive, less sharp, and totally dependent on caffeine. Day-to-Day, you will be sharper, stronger, more creative, more alert, and in far better health on many fronts by leaving caffeine behind.

I have all my clients do this, and they are always SO glad to have the monkey off their back.

Considering the pantheons of healing plants known East and West, any list would be far, far too long for the Prep Course. However, I would like to direct you to several resources you can use in looking up your Health Challenges and integrating herbal assets. Add these to your own Health Library. Stone Breaker (Days 31-60)

Known also as Break-Stone Tea, this is recommended only after 30 Days of Juice Feasting, and only as directed. It doesn’t taste like much, but this is powerful stuff at breaking down and even eliminating kidney stones and some liver/gallbladder stones. SCRAM Parasite Cleanse (Days 61-92)

You have an incredible asset for Parasite Cleansing while Juice Feasting. Thousands of Juice Feasters worldwide have had excellent results SCRAM, formulated by our colleague, Jameth Sheridan, ND.

SCRAM is a very powerful aspect of the Juice Feasting Program that everyone should consider taking advantage of between Days 61-92. Many of us have parasites in our bodies, the Juice Feast is an excellent time – while you are already cleansing – to make sure that you give parasites a strong and thorough eviction notice.

Hemp Seed Oil (or Fish Oil)

Hemp seeds are the only food known that contain the exact ratio of essential fatty acids (one part omega 3 to three parts omega 6). Flax seeds and flax oil provide therapeutic quantities of omega 3, yet hemp seeds provide a long-term stable source of omega 3, omega 6, as well as omega 6 (GLA), and omega 9 (a beautifying monounsaturated fat). This is why we have chosen hemp oil over flax oil for the Juice Feasting Program, and for lifetime use after the Feast. Coconut Oil

Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil has been used as a food and a medicine since the dawn of history. Ayurveda (the medicine of India) has long advocated its therapeutic and cosmetic properties.

On a Juice Feast, coconut oil has several uses:

1. for the skin;
2. for eating (up to 1 Tablespoon per day);
3. for use in lubricating the enema kit and yourself during an enema.

Reasons number 1 and 2 are explained below. Reason 3 is because coconut oil acts as an antimicrobial, antibacterial, antifungal agent, and is very resistant to rancidity, as opposed to olive oil or sesame oil, which are commonly used for enemas, but tend to photoxidize. Vitamin B-12 (Methylcobalamin)

80% of us are deficient in this essential vitamin. What’s worse – the plant-based diet that many of us eat for health and healing actually decreases our stores of B12 faster than a diet with animal products – and this includes Juice Feasting.

Being low in B12 also means inflammation, poor digestion (bloating), LOW ENERGY, depression, poor sleep, and eventually things like Alzheimer’s disease.

But this does not need be the case, not in the least. We can properly supplement with human-active Vitamin B12. I highly recommend that you supplement with Vitamin B-12 during and after your Juice Feast.

Liquid Zeolite

Some 70,000 chemicals are being dumped into our environment, 65,000 of which are potentially hazardous to our health. We live in a virtual sea of pollutants, and carry many of these toxins within us. They can be found even in unborn children. A 2004 study by the Environmental Working Group identified 287 industrial chemicals in babies’ umbilical-cord blood, including 180 known to cause cancer and 217 that are toxic to the brain and nervous system.

Zeolite can be a significant integration to your Juice Feast to chelate these chemicals and toxins we encounter in modern life.

Liquid Zeolite has a chelation-like effect in removing heavy metals (particularly lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic), pesticides, herbicides, PCBs, and other toxins from the body. These toxins are strongly correlated with the occurrence of a wide range of diseases, including cancers and neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s, autism, and dementia. Zeolite also improves liver function, indirectly improving elimination of pesticides, herbicides, and xeno-estrogens. Zeolite appears to block viral replication, and may prove to be a potent anti-viral and general remedy for all viruses.

Tongue Scraping

Oral hygiene is really important to keep in mind not only in the morning, but throughout the day. Even your Green Vegetable Juices are a about 60% carbohydrate, so you can get a coating of plaque in your mouth if you do not rinse after drinking juice.

You are going to want to use a Stainless Steel Tongue Scraper. During any cleanse, you will often find a yellow or white coating on your tongue, which many cleansing professionals over the years consider a reflection of your bowel toxicity. You may want to take your tongue scraper with you to work if that coating returns during the day.

MSM Powder in Lemon Water

Once your feet hit the floor, the first thing you should be looking for (other than the toilet if you need to pee) is WATER.

Start every day with one quart of water with 1/2 lemon squeezed in, and between 1/2 tsp and 2 Tablespoons of MSM powder, depending on what your tolerance is (the way to know is by taste and whether you get the runs… MSM has no toxicity level, however, so this is a significant asset).

Why water? We are 90% water when we are born, and by the time most of us die, we are about 50-60% water. As we dehydrate, our tissues become toxic and stiffen. Nutrients are not properly assimilated, and toxic matter does not leave our cells and lymphatic fluid in a timely manner. Our blood thickens. Brain function is compromised. Do you know what a hangover is? Dehydration. Most westerners are dehydrated every day of their lives, waking up agitated and groggy, and thinking that another dehydrating agent, coffee, is going to get them going.

Oil Pulling

This is perhaps the most important oral health practice you have never encountered. At this early time in the morning, you have had your water, and are about to sweep into the bathroom and do a few things – let’s make the most of your time.

Oil pulling is also known as Oil Swishing. Have you ever used a Water Pic? The idea is that the water goes in between your gums and your teeth – up in the pockets where dental floss can’t reach – and removes bacteria that cause tooth decay. But some of those bacteria are best removed with fats, not water.

So, a very effective practice is swishing Sesame Oil, Olive Oil, or Coconut Oil.

Dry Skin Brushing

Before you get into the shower, use a Yerba Prima Dry Skin Brush for just 90 seconds to support your organs of elimination. At first, it may be a little scratchy, but give it a few days, you will come to crave it! One of the best statements on skin brushing comes from Dr. Jensen’s Guide to Better Bowel Care:

Your daily regimen should begin with skin brushing for a period of three to five minutes. I believe skin brushing is one of the finest of all “baths.” No soap can wash the skin as clean as the new skin that you have under the old. You make a new top layer of skin every twenty-four hours. Skin brushing removes the old top layer and lets this clean new layer come to the surface.

The skin is one of the five main elimination channels of the body, throwing off about two pounds of toxic material each day in the form of perspiration. The skin has been called the third kidney because of its ability to rid the body of toxic waste material. Do not hinder the skin by using oils, cremes, or other noxious glop that serves only to clog it in the name of beauty. Instead, see what regular skin brushing can do for you.

Enemas (Water)

As an integral part of your Morning Practices, you will want to make use of your Enema Kit first thing in the morning. Why an enema, and why in the morning? Your body is processing old matter for release faster than it can actually get it out, by virtue of the cleansing physiology that you have created drinking only fresh juices (particularly Green Vegetable Juice, which acts like liquid plumber).

The surest way to create a negative cleansing reaction on a cleanse is to not support your organs of elimination, and your colon is number 1.

Have you ever heard the phrase, “Nature abhors a vacuum?” It does, and as your bowel empties out of years-old fecal matter and childhood toys that were left up in there, every cell in your body gets the message that it, too can release old waste and move it to the bowel for elimination. You do not want to slow the progress of old matter leaving your body. Doing so by not doing enemas, or any of the other aids to elimination will ensure a back-up and reabsorption of old toxic matter that will make you feel weak, and ill. The Juice Feast is designed to nearly eliminate this possibility, provided that you do the necessary things.

You want to do an enema first thing in the morning because your body has done a lot of work processing stuff during the night that is ready for release. You do not want to carry this stuff around any longer than necessary. Doing an enema in the morning will be a great boost to your energy level, and to the efficiency of the cleansing aspect of the Juice Feast.

Hot/Cool Contrast Shower

In Greek Medicine, there evolved a healing tradition called the Water Cure.  The Water Cure is the common term for a collection of hydrotherapies which, in one way or another, make skillful and ingenious use of the healing virtues of Water. One of those therapies is the Contrast Shower.

This is an excellent health practice on any cleansing programme, such as a Juice Fast or Juice Feast. The hot water draws old, stagnant blood out of the internal organs or the body's interior, and the cold water drives fresh blood back into the internal organs and the body's core.  With alternating hot / cold applications, the circulation is powerfully increased.

The operative word is COOL (not cold). It is critical that we support the organs and processes of elimination, and using hot/cold treatment is an excellent and accessible, no-cost way to move lymphatic fluid and blood.

Intestinal Movement Formula

A sluggish bowel breeds toxicity that seriously adversely affects the health of the entire body. Regular bowel movements and a clean colon is foundational to better health. With Juice Feasting, Green Vegetable Juice does act like “Liquid Plumber,” but many of us have been constipated for decades and need some extra help in the initial stages of the Feast to clear old toxic matter from the intestinal tract and colon. This superior formulation (gentle, yet effective) was designed to produce maximum colon cleansing and proper movement with minimal or no discomfort.

According to Jameth Sheridan, ND who developed this formula, “The Intestinal Movement Formula gets the bowels to move and purge without causing the gripping sometimes associated with Cascara Sagrada, Senna, or large amounts of Aloe Ferox (Cape Aloe). It also supports the elimination of fungus, harmful bacteria, and parasites.

Psyllium/Bentonite Shake

This is useful on or off a Juice Feast if you are having a recurring stomach upset, or loose bowel movements that are present over several days and are uncomfortable for you.

The Bentonite works as an absorbent. This will arrest diarrhea in all cases, as well.

When making a bentonite shake to arrest loose bowel movements or ease a nauseous stomach, mix the bentonite in 10 ounces of water first, then add your ground psyllium husks to it.

Using Liquid Bentonite and Ground Psyllium, make a shake using:

+ 1 Tablespoon of Hydrated Bentonite and
+ 1 teaspoon of Ground Psyllium.

DO use Ground Psyllium instead of whole psyllium husks, or you will find it more difficult to swallow. By mixing the bentonite in the water first, then adding the psyllium, you give yourself some extra time to drink your shake before the psyllium makes the whole glass a solid thick mass of goo. Follow up with another 10 ounces of water right after the shake! This works wonders!

In the past few years of coaching, we have only advised Juice Feasters to use psyllium bentonite shakes in the event of loose bowel movements or a nauseous stomach. For general cleansing and detoxification, you can use these shakes as a practice, but keep in mind that it is not required (as enemas are :) ) With as many Juice Feasting Practices as you are integrating, keep these shakes in perspective - we use them for challenges during a Juice Feast, not on a regular basis during or after the Feast!



Studies show that it is important to get a healthy amount of sunlight each day for ocular, skin, mental, and bone health! As you will read on Day 13 of The Juice Feasting Program, the sun is a healing agent on many levels, and this has been known for millennia.

This reality is corroborated and expounded upon in recent years in books such as The UV Advantage and The Vitamin D Solution by Michael Holick, MD; The Healing Sun by Richard Hobday, PhD; and Sunlight by Zane Kime.

Only recently with the advent of processed foods and resulting skin cancers has the sun been demonized to such an extent. You will see this more fully illustrated in today’s articles, in which Mike Adams has done a thorough job showing just how heliophobic modern medicine has made us.

Having distanced ourselves from nature, we now fear and blame it for the very problems nature – in the form of sunlight – can prevent and heal.

Steve Arlin, author of Raw Power! writes:

A common myth is that the sun causes skin cancer. The sun doesn’t cause skin cancer, the sun causes all life on Earth! Skin cancer is caused by toxicity within the body. When this toxicity is detoxified through the skin (our largest eliminative organ), it is sometimes “baked” onto the skin, bringing forth a cancer condition. Blaming the sun for skin cancer is like blaming fresh air for lung cancer."

You must have internal protection from the sun’s rays in the form of proper, natural, raw-food nutrition. External “protection” like sunscreen is an abomination. The same internal mechanism that keeps a plant from burning up under the hot sun can keep you from sunburning. A plant is in direct sunlight for hours upon hours every day of its existence. A plant dries up and dies when it no longer has the internal protection that it requires. The second best protection from sunburn is knowing when to retreat to shade for a rest.

David Wolfe nicely summarizes some of the health benefits of sun in The Sunfood Diet Success System:

Sunlight lowers blood sugar. It is a natural insulin. A diet high in sweet fruit must also be accompanied by Sunshine on the skin to help metabolize the sugar. Sunlight helps to store the sugar as glycogen in the liver, muscles, and cells for later use.

Exposing the skin to the Sun stimulates the capillaries and brings more blood to the skin surface. This helps to heal cuts, bruises, and rashes. In World War II it was discovered that exposing abrasions, open wounds, and broken bones to direct Sunlight led to quicker healing.

Fungus is destroyed by direct Sunlight. Candida cannot survive in direct Sunlight. I have worked with numerous people with candida. The first step to overcoming candida is Sunlight on the naked body.

Sunlight increases the strength of digestion. Sunlight increases the body’s internal “fire.” In Chinese oriental medicine we find the concept of yin-yang balance and we see that “cold” raw foods may be balanced with hot Sun energy.

Sunlight improves the eyesight and regulates the hormones. Occasion­ally bringing direct Sunlight into the eyes just for a brief moment, unmit­igated by glasses, windows, or filters, will help balance the body’s hormones.

Stretching / Yoga

Begin with Yoga! Everyone can do some form or level of yoga, which is really just mindful movement and stretching.

We recommend doing gentle yoga throughout the Feast, and especially in the first month when you are doing most of your cleansing. During this time your body will be using a lot of energy to clean out old waste, so don’t over do it on exercise now, but do be sure to move and get that lymph flowing! Yoga is perfect for this, as the practice of yoga cleanses and purifies your whole being, mind, body and spirit in unity. I (Katrina) have found yoga to be not only a physical detoxifier, but also an emotional one, and have left many a session feeling uplifted and clear, leaving not only sweat but tears of release in the post-class shower!

There are many different styles of yoga, so try a few out and see which one resonates with you. There are an abundance of free yoga sessions on YouTube. You can also sign up for a local yoga class, or get an instructional DVD. If you have never done yoga, now is a great time to start as your body will become flexible and fluid very quickly with all the hydrating juices you are feeding it! Even if you only have ten minutes to do some simple stretches, gift yourself those minutes.

There is nothing better for your nervous system than to do loooong slow stretches on the floor. What David calls “Nowhere to go, nothing to do, everything’s cool” yoga.

Yoga and Juice Feasting are Soulmates, you will see!

Also begin with Walking! Walking is our favorite daily form of exercise. It gets you outside, moving through the fresh outside air, and often brings you in contact with nature. Even in the city there are parks where you can go and commune with the trees. For most people, a brisk walk for little more than half an hour per day will meet their exercise requirements. This form of exercise also generates a nearly 70% reduction in the occurrence of breast cancer in women! Use your stomach muscles as you are walking to flatten your tummy and strengthen your back, and take deep breaths. Lack of oxygen is behind many symptoms of illness, especially a dull mind. If you want to invigorate your mind, step outside and take at least ten long, deep, mindful breaths.

Next, add in Rebounding! Who doesn’t love jumping on a trampoline? Well, rebounding is just that accept you get your own personal mini trampoline. According to Nasa “Rebound exercise is the most efficient and effective form of exercise yet devised by man.” That being said, it is the perfect “busy person” exercise, and according to rebounder manufacturers, 10 minutes of rebounding produces the same results as 30 minutes of jogging!

Our favorite rebounder is by far the Qi Bounder, found here. You can bounce, jump, run on the spot, dance, do jumping jacks, wave your arms around, what ever you like really! All the while you will be improving your lymphatic flow, bone density, coordination, joint flexibility, muscle tone, vascular strength, and much more.

Strength Training

And finally, Isometric Strength Training! Ten Minutes a Day. Yes, you heard correctly, you can build muscle while on a Juice Feast.

Remember the four elements of Juice Feasting? Cleanse, Re-build, Re-hydrate, and Alkalize? Well, this is where re-building can really be put to task.

We recommend that you wait until around Days 61-92 to start in on any Isometric Strength Training as your body will be doing some serious house cleaning For the first few weeks of your Juice Feast. Around Days 61-92 though, you can start turning all that green juice into some hard, strong, sexy muscle!

Basically, We’ve been doing it wrong… well, we’ve been doing it long, that is for sure. What I mean is that long weight training sessions at a gym takes more money, time, commitment, and equipment than is necessary for significantly building and strengthening our musculature.

Do not underestimate Isometrics as a technique or Life Practice. This is a considerable acquisition in your life, should you apply it.

Your body is able to do an incredible amount of wonderful things now that you are no longer dumping toxic foods into it. Instead, you are feeding every cell in your body some of the most amazing nutrition on the planet.
